App Review: Great Tank War

I remember the good old days of playing with micro machines. Using the different varieties of cars, trucks, jet planes were great, but times were never so good until the tanks came out. That’s what I think of when I see games like this. Using mini tanks to battle through rough terrain and defeat your enemies has never been more fun in a video game for the iPhone/iPod touch.

You’re able to shop through lists of buying better weapons and ammunition ( or even sell them ) as you suit up to face your next worthy opponent.  Although this app may be fun to play, and bring back good memories of micro machines, the display of the mini war fare scene may get a little rough on the eyes. Starring at mini tanks for a good gaming sesh may get strenuous on the eyes. But all in all this game shows a great UI and great graphics. Screen shots are below.
