App Review: Petrix Arcade

I am pretty sure that most of the world has played Tetris, or even know’s what that game is. But have you ever played Tetris that had a twist to the story? Sure, laying down different shapes of blocks is great, and being challenged by the speed increase can always get your heart racing. But what if there was a different challenge all together? Sure this game is not tetris, but it is very very similar.

The object of the game is to line up the blocks in a connected line, make sure the dog’s don’t get squished, and help them get onto the elevator on the opposite side of the screen. You even have “mystery blocks” that come down to either help your goal, or give you more of a challenge. The game is a great time killer, but if your going to play this for awhile, I suggest you turn the music off. It will remind you of the ice cream man that never leaves your neighborhood and plays the same music over and over again. Sorry, but that is just my opinion ….
