Apple May Double The iTunes Audio/Video Preview Length
The first of September is nearly upon us and as expected the rumor mill has been hyperactive to say the least. According to CNET sources, Apple is likely to double the preview time limit of songs/videos from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
The Cupertino’s primary intention behind this move is to improve the iTunes experience. One can’t help stop thinking that tomorrow’s event is a media event and you need to have announcements like these under your belt. To make matters more interesting, there is a chance that Apple may go as high as 90 seconds.
If Apple does go ahead with this, it won’t be the first one to do so with the likes of Pandora and YouTube offering full length previews to their valued users. What do you think, will Steve Jobs make this announcement tomorrow?
