The recent release of iOS 4.1 Beta 2 for iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and iPod Touch 2G (developers only) contains a new baseband 05.14.01_BL01, and if you rely on an unlock, DO NOT update to Beta 2. iPhone baseband hacker Sherif Hashim, tweeted a warning to iPhone users that the exploit used for ultrasn0w 0.93 has been completely dismissed from 05.14.01_BL01, and 3G/3GS unlockers must never go past iOS 4.0.1 or approach iOS 4.1 Beta 2, and of course iOS4.1 when released.
