iPhone 4 Coming to Canada July 28th? 30th? EVER?!

iPhoneinCanada.ca is reporting that iPhone 4 could be coming to Canada on July 28th. They had previously reported that we may see iPhone 4 in Canada in July 23rd, but new rumours are saying different.

Apparently, Canadian Apple Store employees who were originally asked to come in early on the 23rd, and those who were not allowed to take that day off, are saying everything is back to normal for that day.

Spanish carrier, Movistar, reported on Twitter, that they will have the iPhone 4 on July 28th.

It seems odd for Apple to release in the middle of the week. Typically, they have released on Fridays. Maybe July 30th is more likely to be the date? That’s pretty much the latest Apple can release the iPhone 4 in Canada, without breaking it’s promise of “before the end of July”.

Comments have been left on the post at iPhoneinCanada, by a fellow named Alex, saying “My Rogers employee friend told me pricing and release date will be announced July 16th. We will know soon!”. He was quickly called a liar, by an another Rogers employee, but came back with this: “Haha. Fine. If that’s what you think. You’re customer service and he’s in product marketing. I wonder who would know first.”.

I’m looking forward to the iPhone 4 madness hitting Canada. I do plan on getting one, but it’s more fun watching others fight over it and complain about it. The people who argue and complain that the new iPhone is crap, are the ones who are truly envious of the iPhone. The people who really don’t like the iPhone, simply move on to another device.
