New iPhone Games Announced: Farmville, Guitar Hero

With the WWDC keynote, we usually get an update on the App Store, and a preview of some new apps and games coming soon.

This year is no different, as we got preview of a couple of big titles coming to the iPhone soon.

Zynga has announced that the popular Facebook game Farmville is coming to the iPhone. It will feature in-app purchasing, and Push Notifications for withering crops. No word on if it will sync with your current farm, on Facebook.

Activision has announced Guitar Hero for iPhone. It will be packed full of music, including classic tracks from Queen and Rolling Stones. They have developed a tapping mechanic, as well as a strumming mechanic, to try and make this a true Guitar Hero experience.

These games should be out this summer!
