Rogers Update on iPhone 4: No Update

Rogers, you make me laugh. I appreciate the honesty, though. Rogers has sent out an email, titled “iPhone4 Update”. I was excited, and expected some news on pricing, availability, something. Turns out this isn’t an update at all, but merely an email saying they don’t have it; don’t know when it’s coming; stop bugging us.

Honestly, I don’t think this is Rogers fault. They are most likely waiting on Apple to tell them when to expect the first shipment. At least Rogers is the first carrier to step up say, “Hey, we know as much as you do”.

Over at iPhoneinCanada.ca, Gary has started placing bets on when iPhone 4 will launch in Canada. I’m guessing mid-August, but he is saying late-July. Some one commented at iPhoneinCanada, that they work at Future Shop, and they were told maybe July 28th. What’s your guess?
