Tony Hawk Pro Skater Coming To iPhone & iPod Touch?

Tony Hawk leaked a photo on Twitter, what seems to be, a pic of Tony playing a skateboarding game on his iPhone. Is this is a port of one of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games for iPhone and iPod Touch?

A quote from Tony Hawk’s Twitter:

In the PR world, this is considered “going rogue,” but I’m too excited to contain it. This is real & dropping soon.

This could be really great, if they do it right. I really miss the old Pro Skater games from the PlayStation and GameCude days. To have a similar game right in my pocket would be awesome!

With Tony Hawk: RIDE, not selling as well as expected, the franchise needs something to keep it going. An affordable port of one of the classic THPS games might be what they need.

There are no other details on this game, just that Tony says it’s “dropping soon.”. We’ll keep you updated.
